The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales performance, and build long-term customer relationships while representing the brand's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
- Provide personalized and elevated customer service
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Support client outreach and follow-up activities using CRM/clienteling tools
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge across fashion and luxury categories
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve store objectives
- Uphold grooming, professionalism, and luxury service standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer service industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a passion for client engagement
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluent in Thai and conversational English
- Additional language skills are advantageous
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
