Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Client Advisor to join a leading global luxury fashion house. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales performance, and build long-term customer relationships while representing the brand's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
  • Provide personalized and elevated customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
  • Support client outreach and follow-up activities using CRM/clienteling tools
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge across fashion and luxury categories
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve store objectives
  • Uphold grooming, professionalism, and luxury service standards at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, hospitality, or customer service industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a passion for client engagement
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Fluent in Thai and conversational English
  • Additional language skills are advantageous
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
