Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, and preserve the highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service and establish long term client relationships
- Proactively reach out and recruit new clients, also retaining and upgrading existing clients through effective clienteling and customer service.
- Responsible for the daily store operations in order to ensure the stock and the back-of-house are well-managed
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity
- Proven experience in clienteling within a luxury retail environment is essential.
- Pleasant, self-motivated, and a good team player with a can do attitude.
- Able to thrive within a high paced environment and being multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in English, additional languages a plus.
- Flexible to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays following a rotating roster.
