Job Description

WE'RE HIRING Logistics Operations & Client Communication Specialist (Entry-Level) | Bangkok

Location: Omni Tower Nana, Bangkok (7-min walk from BTS Nana)

TrainingStarting Salary: 12,00015,000 THB/month (First 3 months, based on experience + performance bonuses)

After 3 months: salary review with increase based on performance

Extremely fast promotion opportunities for key team members.

Schedule: 5-6 days/week | 10:00am19:30pm or 08:30am18:00pm (flexible)

After training: up to 3 days from home option available!

What You'll Do:

- Prepare office equipment for delivery clean, working, complete & safely packed

- Receive returned equipment inspect condition, confirm all parts included

- Coordinate with delivery services (Grab, Lalamove, Flash, Bolt, Kex, J&T)

- Coordinate with clients for equipment pickup & delivery

- Client communication reply to client inquiries, guide clients on equipment use & troubleshoot use issues

- Maintain and keep equipment in great condition

We're Looking For:

- Trustworthy, reliable, organized, detail-focused

- Comfortable handling physical gear & tools

- Great English skills (speaking & writing)

- Eager to grow fast in a startup environment
