JOB SUMMARY
The Client Development Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with VVIP clients of Siam Piwat. This role focuses on delivering exceptional personalized experiences, driving engagement, and strengthening loyalty among High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and influential personalities in Thailand. The ideal candidate is highly social, impeccably groomed, and possesses strong connections within elite circles.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with VVIP clients, ensuring personalized attention and service excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VVIP clients, addressing their needs and preferences proactively.
Client Engagement & Experience
- Design and implement bespoke engagement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize exclusive events, experiences, and collaborations tailored to VVIP clients interests and lifestyles.
Networking & Brand Representation
- Leverage personal and professional networks to connect with HNWI and influential figures, expanding the client base.
- Represent Siam Piwat at high-profile events, maintaining a polished and professional image aligned with luxury standards.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive incremental revenue through personalized offers and programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative campaigns targeting VVIP segments.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about luxury trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to anticipate client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Siam Piwat's positioning among elite clientele.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate client profiles and engagement records in CRM systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business management, International Business, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership management, brand activation or community management, preferably within luxury retail or shopping mall environments.
- Prior exposure to luxury brands, lifestyle services, customer relationship management, or membership-driven businesses strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge & Technical Competencies
- Strong understanding of luxury retail, customer behavior, and brand positioning
- Experience in partnership development, event planning, and brand activation
- Proficiency in CRM tools, customer engagement platforms, and data analysis
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor landscape, and marketing best practices
