What you'll do:
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional service to customers navigating their accounts within the dynamic financial sector. Your daily responsibilities will involve responding to client queries through multiple channels, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and professionalism.
