About the Role

*This role is ideal for someone early in their career, including fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, who have strong communication skills, curiosity, ownership, and the potential to grow into a future client-facing leader.

We are looking for a Client Experience Consultant to help us grow trusted client relationships and shape meaningful experiences for our clients.

You will help understand client needs, support consultative conversations, prepare proposals, coordinate with the internal team, and join selected program deliveries to see how our work comes alive in the room.

What You Will Do

• Support client follow-up, communication, and relationship building
• Help understand client objectives, challenges, participants, budget, and desired outcomes
• Work with the team to shape suitable leadership, team-building, or culture transformation experiences
• Support proposal development, including program concepts, experience flow, pricing, and case studies
• Join selected onsite or online programs to support client experience and capture feedback
• Follow up after programs and identify future opportunities

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good organization and follow-up habits
• Basic skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva
• Ability to prepare simple documents, presentations, or proposals
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on environment
