Job Description

Bangkok Bank is transforming its Transaction Banking business to adapt to the competitive, regulatory and technical challenges of today's world. To support this journey, the Client Implementation Officer is responsible for managing the client onboarding process post-sales handover and achieving high levels of client satisfaction in order to maximize cross-selling opportunities and minimize client losses/revenue leakage. The role presents an opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly visible group of individuals passionate about changing the way Transactional Banking is performed.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the design and delivery of implementation strategies and processes
  • Responsible for the improvement of implementation processes, developing and documenting best practices to continually improve implementation efficiencies, accountability and the customer experience
  • You will be an advocate of continuous improvement, creating and executing an implementation roadmap to support delivery of our Business Plan
  • You will align the implementation delivery to the changing market and customer requirements
  • Work with client service team members to arrive at appropriate decisions regarding complex plan provision issues and questions
  • Interact with internal departments to facilitate the conversion process and issue elevation as necessary
  • Work closely with Project Manager to develop the project plan for the Implementation
  • Work closely with each new client and internal staff to review all processes and procedures for each system conversion
  • Work closely with Sales in onboarding customers on banking services after they have subscribed/applied to bank services.
  • Provide a framework for the proactive and successful management of the Implementation including issues, risks, and deliverables
  • Work closely with new client and internal staff, including IT, for development of business and data mapping requirements for system conversion

Required Skills:

  • Good analytical thinking, diligent and possesses good attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver in an independent work environment
  • Ability to handle computer configuration problems, especially networking
  • Good in both written and spoken in English
  • Good Project Management skills will be advantageous

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or relate fields
  • At least 5 years experience of progressive supervisory/management experience in a service delivery industry and having experience in Cash management or Supply Chain Finance industry is preferable
  • At least 3 years experience of client facing experience with c-level roles in organizations with complex industries
  • Fluent in English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and articulate and clear communication style, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide consultation to partners and customers, while managing expectations
  • Male must be exempt in military service
