Client Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for dialing overseas customer data, introducing projects, inviting customers, collecting customer intention application forms, receiving customers, signing contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.

2. Assist the Overseas Investment Promotion Director in investment promotion work, and complete the tasks and indicators assigned by the company.

3. Be familiar with overseas investment promotion systems and the company&aposs investment promotion business; complete a fixed number of telephone communications daily, be responsible for customer reception, system explanation, and investment promotion Q&A.

4. Take charge of follow-up, communication, negotiation, and contract signing with intended customers, assist in development and positioning, and handle franchise payment collection.

5. Complete training tasks issued by the headquarters; assist the Overseas Investment Promotion Director in collecting data such as competitor research policies and market conditions, and engage in negotiations with potential customers.

6. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, maintain good customer relationships, and promptly feedback on issues raised by customers.

7. Update the content of customers&apos social media (e.g., Moments, WeChat) daily, and handle process-based business tasks on platforms such as TB, Yunzhijia, and Fadada.

8. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
