Position: Client Relationship Management / Key Account Manager (Insurance Broker)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Client Relationships (Key Accounts): Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and key individual clients to ensure satisfaction and trust in our services.
- Plan and Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions while identifying new business opportunities and managing contract renewals.
- Coordinate with Insurance Providers: Negotiate terms and benefits to secure the most suitable coverage for clients.
- Develop and Present Proposals: Create innovative proposals, deliver professional presentations, and close deals effectively.
- Monitor Operations and Premium Collection: Liaise with the Accounting team to ensure timely premium collection and compliance with agreed terms.
- Prepare Performance Reports: Provide regular updates on account progress and market development.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all activities adhere to local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform Other Duties: As assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or Account Management.
- Knowledge or experience in Life & Health Insurance or Brokerage is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required.
