The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedCLIENT SERVICE / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT position (we are open to different seniority levels - agency side as well as client side)to join our team in Bangkok. This is an exciting opportunity to run branding projects while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have 3-5 years of project management experience and are eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Problem Definition & Strategic Thinking:Quickly grasp clients business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions. You enjoy getting involved strategically in projects, provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis and consumer behavior.
- Project Planning, Coordination & Execution:Plan, execute, and deliver branding and packaging design projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals and metrics. Organize meetings, coordinate feedback, and manage timelines. Maintain project documentation, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Relationship Management:You are the primary contact who works on a day-to-day basis with clients.Build friendly connections and strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
- Account Management & Business Development:Develop Key Account Plans to grow current business and proactively explore new business opportunities.
- Finance & Admin:Write Proposals and Cost Estimates & issue invoices in a timely manner. Monitor project budgets, prepare reports, track KPIs to ensure goals are met. Chase overdue payments.
What We&aposre Looking For
- Experience:3-5 years in project management, preferably within marketing / creative agency or a marketing department in a FMCG company.
- Skills:Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English are a must. A confident presenter capable of storytelling. Familiarity with MS Office & project management tools.

- Attributes:A proactive, organized, and adaptable mindset. Strong attention to detail in project planning and execution. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Education:A degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
