Position: Client Executive Service Representative (Full-Time)

Location: Bangkok (Hybrid: Office + limited WFH)

Role Description

The Client Executive Service Representative manages both B2B and B2C clients for Othello's translation, legalization, marriage registration, visa, and consultancy services. This role is highly client-facing and requires strong command of the Thai language, as the CESR interacts with multiple Thai government agencies, reviews Thai-language documents, and communicates with Thai officers and local clients daily.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Communication
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients through ResponseIO, Teams, Outlook, and Flowlu.
  • Communicate with Thai clients, government officers, and external agencies using strong Thai language skills (both formal written Thai and polite spoken Thai).
  • Provide bilingual (Thai/English) explanations, document lists, and service instructions.
  • Maintain professional communication at all timesno gossiping, private Line groups, or unapproved channels.
Case Handling & Operational Duties

This role requires strong Thai reading/writing ability to review official Thai documents and complete Thai-language government forms.

  • Handle full-cycle cases for:
  • MFA Legalization
  • District Office Marriage Registration (Kor.2, Kor.3, Kor.22)
  • Non-O Marriage Visa / Visa Conversion / 90-day / Extension
  • Embassy certifications
  • Police Clearance
  • Yellow Book & Pink Card
  • Review Thai documents such as:
  • Tabien Baan ()
  • Thai ID card details
  • Kor Ror documents
  • Birth certificates
  • Thai marriage certificates
  • Complete Thai-language forms accurately for MFA, Immigration, District Offices, BLS, Police Clearance, etc.
  • Attend government offices and communicate directly with:
  • District office officers
  • MFA staff
  • Immigration officers
  • Embassy/local consular staff
Translation Coordination
  • Review Thai translations for completeness before certification.
  • Coordinate with Othello's linguistics team on Thai-language translation steps.
  • Ensure terminology accuracy and Thai-language integrity in all client-facing documents.
Sales & Business Development Support
  • Maintain the ResponseIO sales line with Thai/English responses.
  • Translate client inquiries (Thai English) when needed for foreign customers.
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities for:
  • Translation
  • Legalization
  • Marriage service packages
  • Visa services
  • Corporate services
Administrative Duties
  • Issue bilingual invoices, receipts, and checklists.
  • Document all Thai/English communication in Flowlu.
  • Maintain accurate records for MFA, District Offices, Immigration, and Embassy submissions.
QualificationsEssential Requirements
  • Excellent Thai language proficiency ()
  • Must read Thai legal/government documents fluently
  • Must write formal Thai emails, forms, and government submissions
  • Must speak formal Thai with officers professionally
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience in immigration services, legal services, or administrative/government processes
  • Ability to visit government offices (field operations required)
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in both Thai and English
  • Organized, proactive, and responsible in managing multiple cases
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Flowlu CRM
  • ResponseIO
  • Basic understanding of translation workflow (advantage)
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, International Relations, Linguistics, or related fields
  • Previous experience handling Thai government documentation or visa services
