About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager with strong knowledge of the Thailand market and a solid background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with clients based in Thailand
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication, strategy alignment, and issue resolution
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital marketing solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, production, digital) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Present strategies, reports, and performance updates clearly and confidently
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Travel for client meetings, presentations, and project execution as required
Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of experience handling clients in the Thailand market
- Proven experience in client servicing / account management within a digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (social media, content, campaigns, production workflows, etc.)
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for work
