Job Description

Urgent Required:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Services Officer – Accounting Services to join our Client Accounting - ServicesTeam. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, managing a diverse portfolio of over 40 business entities. It involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring professional service delivery, solving client issues, and contributing to the company's growth and reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships post-sales.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Monitor client cases and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services and solutions that align with client needs, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client communications professionally via email, calls, and meetings.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and monthly tax filings.
  • Record meeting notes and maintain accurate client data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years onwards of experience in client servicing, Thai accounting, or Thai taxation advisory roles.
  • Experience or aptitude in consultative selling, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend additional services that add value.
  • Experience handling multiple business entities and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Thai tax regulations and bookkeeping processes are preferred.
  • Excellent English and Thai communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other internal systems.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, especially with 40+ entities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Pleasant personality and high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strategic thinking with a growth mindset for upselling and long-term client engagement.
