We are looking for a qualified fulltime candidate for the position of Client Services Team Lead for our Information Management Division.
Job Description
Client Coordination Area: Communicate with clients professionally via email and phone regarding documentation requests, carton retrieval, new storage placements, and related.
Daily Operations Coordination:
Prepare daily delivery/pick-up/return job orders in the system.
Arrange transportation schedules and coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams.
Ensure materials, work orders, and vehicle assignments are properly prepared before dispatch.
Records System Management (O'Neil RS-SQL):
Locate items in the system.
Process store/pull/transfer transactions.
Run system reports for clients and internal teams.
Update inventory lists and maintain record accuracy at all times.
Documentation & Reporting:
Compile and summarise daily activity reports.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly reports for invoicing
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with warehouse, drivers, finance, customer service, and other internal departments as needed.
Support ad-hoc operational tasks related to RMS workflow.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
English: Able to read and write professional emails (required).
Computer skills;- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Comfortable using English-only system interfaces (training on O'Neil RS-SQL provided).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and prioritise effectively.
Service-minded and able to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Experience in logistics, warehouse administration, records management or operations support is an advantage.
