As ONE continues to scale its global partnerships business, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Manager, Client Solutions to support the development, execution, and management of commercial partnerships.

Primary Role

As part of ONE's Client Success team, the Manager, Client Solutions will support the sales and commercial teams by developing customised sponsorship proposals and solutions across ONE's properties, ensuring all concepts remain executable, aligned with internal capabilities, and compliant with ONE standards.

Once partnerships are secured, the role will manage assigned accounts in close coordination with Commercial Operations and internal delivery teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong client relationships, and successful campaign outcomes throughout the partnership lifecycle.

This role is highly collaborative, operationally intensive, and client-facing, requiring strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Solutions & Proposal Development

  • Support the development of customized sponsorship proposals and partnership solutions aligned to client objectives and ONE's commercial framework
  • Work closely with internal teams to validate feasibility, timelines, and deliverables for proposed campaigns and activations
  • Translate commercial ideas into clear, structured proposals and presentations for client-facing use

Account Management & Campaign Execution

  • Manage assigned client accounts post-sale alongside the Commercial Operations team
  • Oversee execution of partnership deliverables, ensuring timelines, KPIs, and contractual obligations are met
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on campaign-related matters, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively
  • Coordinate across internal departments (Commercial Ops, Production, Social, A&I, Events, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery

Senior Stakeholder & Client Handling

  • Communicate confidently and professionally with senior client stakeholders, including regional and global brand partners
  • Handle client feedback, revisions, and escalations with discretion and sound judgment
  • Support renewal discussions by consolidating campaign results, insights, and post-event reporting in collaboration with internal teams

Internal Coordination & Process Support

  • Support internal sales and account servicing teams with ongoing campaign optimisation and solutioning
  • Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and internal reporting for assigned accounts
  • Provide regular updates to the Senior Director, Client Success on account status, risks, and delivery progress
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows and processes to support client campaign excellence
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Senior Director, Client Success

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, campaigns, or partnerships simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to structure proposals, summaries, and client-facing materials clearly
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
  • Ability to remain composed and professional when handling client pressure, last-minute changes, or competing priorities
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
