Ignite Search Partners is a specialist recruitment company within the Technology & Renewables space, located in Singapore.
Our client is a fast-growing global commerce media technology company helping leading digital marketplaces monetize their first-party audiences through advanced advertising and marketplace solutions. Due to continued expansion across APAC, they are seeking a Partner Client Success Manager to manage and grow strategic advertiser and agency relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key advertiser and agency partnerships across APAC
- Build strong client relationships through regular business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic recommendations
- Drive platform adoption, partner engagement, and revenue growth initiatives
- Coordinate regional partner programs and oversee end-to-end delivery across internal stakeholders
- Analyse campaign and performance data to identify trends, optimise results, and resolve operational issues
- Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal product, delivery, and commercial teams
- Provide market and partner feedback to support product enhancement and commercial strategy
- Support the rollout of new platform solutions and regional initiatives
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years of experience within Partner Success, Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Advertising Operations
- Good understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce media, paid search, sponsored listings, or display advertising
- Experience using tools such as SQL, Salesforce (SFDC), ZenDesk, or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in other Asian language: Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred
