About the Project
Through GA's EOR program, the successful candidate will be engaged to support a mid to long-term project for a premium cosmetics brand operating in the Thai market.
Important Note on Dual-Scope Structure
This role is structured around two clearly defined and independent scopes of work. Scope A covers direct clinic channel development and business development activities. Scope B covers market research and strategic advisory outputs, with research and consulting deliverables.
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially experienced professional with deep roots in the Thai dermatology and aesthetic clinic market. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building capabilities and an existing network within the Thai clinic ecosystem with the analytical ability to produce structured market research and channel strategy advisory outputs.
You are equally comfortable building relationships with clinic owners and medical professionals as you are producing structured market intelligence reports and channel landscape analyses. You understand that the two scopes of this role are distinct in nature, and you are able to operate with clarity and professionalism across both.
SCOPE A: Clinic Channel Development (Direct business development activities)
Channel Prospecting & Outreach
- Proactively identify, approach, and develop relationships with dermatology clinics, aesthetic clinics, and clinic owners across target markets in Thailand
- Leverage existing professional networks within the Thai clinic and medical aesthetic ecosystem to accelerate brand introductions and partnership discussions
- Conduct outreach to clinic decision-makers including clinic owners, directors, and relevant medical staff to explore product listing, endorsement, and in-clinic retail opportunities
- Represent the brand professionally in clinic-facing interactions, ensuring all outreach is consistent with the brand's premium positioning
Channel Partnership Development
- Develop and manage relationships with clinic partners through regular follow-up, in-person visits, and tailored engagement building trust and long-term partnership commitment
- Negotiate and facilitate product listing and in-clinic retail arrangements with clinic partners, in coordination with the client's internal teams
- Track and report on partnership pipeline status, outreach progress, and channel expansion milestones to the client on a regular basis
Channel Execution & On-the-Ground Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for active clinic partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and ongoing relationship health
- Identify and escalate any clinic partner concerns, competitor activity, or market shifts that may affect the client's clinic channel presence
SCOPE B: Clinic Channel Market Research & Advisory (Advisory and intelligence deliverables only)
Clinic Market Landscape Research
- Conduct structured research into the Thai dermatology and aesthetic clinic market, including clinic density mapping, competitive brand presence analysis, and channel structure assessment
- Research and document how competing premium cosmetics and skincare brands operate within the Thai clinic channel including product positioning, pricing tiers, endorsement models, and distribution approaches
- Produce clinic market landscape reports delivered as structured advisory outputs for the client's internal strategic planning and decision-making
Channel Strategy Framework Development
- Develop research-based channel strategy frameworks that outline how a premium brand might structure its clinic channel approach in Thailand covering clinic segmentation criteria, prioritization logic, and partnership model options
- Produce advisory frameworks that integrate an understanding of the Thai clinic market with the brand's positioning strengths including its heritage in consultative and relationship-based channel models to inform the client's internal channel strategy deliberations
- Deliver channel entry and expansion advisory reports, drawing on primary market intelligence and secondary research, for the client's internal reference and adaptation
Clinic Audience & Decision-Maker Intelligence
- Research the professional motivations, decision-making criteria, and partnership preferences of Thai clinic owners, dermatologists, and aesthetic medicine practitioners with respect to cosmetics and skincare product partnerships
- Develop clinic audience persona frameworks that help the client understand how to position the brand effectively within the professional medical aesthetic segment
- Synthesize findings into structured intelligence reports delivered to the client for internal review with all implementation decisions retained by the client
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, channel development, or sales within the Thai healthcare, medical aesthetic, dermatology, or premium beauty industry
- Existing network of relationships with Thai dermatology clinics, aesthetic clinics, or clinic owners with demonstrated ability to leverage these for professional introductions
- Strong understanding of the Thai clinic market structure, including how clinics evaluate and adopt cosmetics or skincare product partnerships
- Ability to produce structured market research outputs and written advisory frameworks alongside commercial relationship-building activities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism required to engage medical and clinic professionals effectively
- Comfortable operating in a dual-scope structure with clear separation between commercial and research activities
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing channel landscape analyses, market entry reports, or strategic advisory frameworks for beauty or healthcare brands
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment governing cosmetics product claims and endorsements within Thai clinical settings
- Understanding of how consultative and relationship-based sales models translate into the Thai premium clinic context
- Exposure to cross-functional projects involving both commercial development and market research deliverables
