Clinic Manager

Compass Chiropractic is a growing healthcare practice based in Chinatown, guided by a clear mission: to help people better understand and unlock the body's natural ability to heal and self-regulate. As our community continues to expand, we are looking for a warm, organised, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join us as a Clinic Manager.

As the first point of contact, you will be the welcoming face of the practice, creating a positive and supportive healing experience from the moment each client arrives. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a genuine interest in natural health, this role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

. Create a warm, friendly, and safe environment for clients

. Open and close the practice daily

. Welcome and support clients throughout their visit

. Manage calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

. Process invoices and payments accurately

. Assist with client education on health and wellness

. Support basic social media content creation (filming, photography, editing via Canva or CapCut)

What We Are Looking For

. Fluent in English, with working proficiency in Chinese or other Mother Tongue languages

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

. A confident, warm, and professional presence

. Excellent organisational and time management abilities

. Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems

. Familiar with or willing to learn content creation tools (Canva, CapCut)

. Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
