CLINICAL LONGEVITY PROGRAM & SALES MANAGER

This is a senior and highly important position within Phuket Longevity Clinic.

We are seeking a medically trained professional who can become the trusted link between our doctors, patients and clinical team. The successful candidate will combine strong clinical understanding with exceptional communication, patient follow-up and consultative sales ability.

This is not a conventional sales position.

You will help patients understand the treatment programs recommended by their doctor, guide them through the next steps and ensure that every suitable patient receives professional follow-up and continuity of care.

YOUR ROLE

With the patient's consent, you will attend selected doctor consultations to understand the patient's goals and the doctor's clinical recommendations.

Following the consultation, you will:

• Explain the structure, schedule and cost of the recommended program

• Prepare clear treatment-program proposals

• Answer non-diagnostic questions confidently and accurately

• Coordinate appointments, testing, treatments and follow-up reviews

• Follow up undecided patients professionally and consistently

• Maintain contact throughout the patient's program

• Support repeat testing, program renewals and long-term patient retention

• Record every interaction and next action in the clinic's patient-management system

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, reception and management

CLINICAL KNOWLEDGE

You must be capable of learning and explaining programs related to:

• Longevity and preventive medicine

• Metabolic health and medical weight management

• Male and female hormone health

• Peptide protocols

• Cardiovascular risk and advanced blood testing

• Regenerative medicine, including exosome and stem-cell-related services

• Orthopaedic conditions, rehabilitation and recovery

• Supplements, recovery and lifestyle interventions

All diagnosis, prescribing and treatment decisions remain the responsibility of the doctor. This position does not independently recommend, prescribe or change medical treatment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or recognized qualification in nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy or another relevant healthcare profession

• Minimum 3–4 years of patient-facing healthcare experience

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows

• Proven ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently

• Excellent English communication; Thai language is strongly preferred

• Professional appearance, discretion and excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly organized, commercially aware and committed to follow-up

• Comfortable discussing premium healthcare programs and pricing

• Able to build trust without using pressure or aggressive sales techniques

Experience in longevity medicine, hormones, peptides, metabolic health, orthopaedics, rehabilitation or premium private healthcare will be a significant advantage.
