What Impact You Will Make:
- Managing clinical and pharmacology-related inquiries from customers
- Supporting clinical validation and evidence-based discussions
- Assisting internal teams on clinical topics and coordination
- Improving response time and consistency of clinical support.
- Collaborating with customer hospitals to develop clinical proposals, studies, or publications related to product utilization
- Supporting design and preparation of research concepts leveraging MIMS data and clinical use cases
- Contributing to evidence generation to strengthen local credibility and market trust
What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm or Pharm.D.).
- Valid pharmacist license in Thailand.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology and clinical drug information.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal) as this role is local based and require to communicate with APAC team.
- Ability to interpret clinical questions and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving clinical, technical, and business teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and persuasive.
Preferred
- Experience working in hospital settings or familiarity with hospital workflows (e.g., prescribing, dispensing, medication review, or medication safety processes).
- Understanding of Clinical Decision Support (CDS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), or electronic medical record (EMR) environments.
- Good presentation skill and proactive in nature.
- Experience responding to drug information inquiries or clinical consultations.
- Interest in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical systems.
- Should perform primary Business development activities, like product demonstration in both TH and English language, solving clinical queries, etc.
- 2-3 years experience, provided they demonstrate good understanding of hospital workflow and clinical practice context.
- Participate and organize strategic promotions, events, conferences and product launches.
