Job Responsibilities:
Clinical & Technical Support
- Provide on-site case support for TAVI implantations, ensuring procedural excellence, patient safety, and product performance.
- Serve as the clinical expert for the TAVI portfolio, supporting physicians, nurses, and technicians before, during, and after procedures.
- Conduct clinical demonstrations and hands-on training for new users and proctors.
- Collect and communicate clinical feedback to regional marketing and R&D teams for continuous product improvement.
Sales & Business Development
- Partner with distributors and local sales teams to achieve TAVI sales targets and market expansion objectives.
- Identify, engage, and develop KOLs and potential implanting centers in collaboration with the regional team.
- Support account development, tender preparation, and technical evaluation documentation.
- Participate in territory planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with regional business goals.
Training & Education
- Organise and deliver training programs for physicians, nurses, and distributor staff on TAVI procedures and device operation.
- Assist in developing proctor networks and training pathways to build local procedural autonomy.
- Represent the company in regional congresses, workshops, and symposiums as a clinical expert.
Market Development & Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and strategic risks.
- Support market access initiatives including reimbursement, regulatory, and hospital evaluation processes.
- Contribute to clinical data collection and case studies to strengthen evidence-based selling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or equivalent medical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or cardiac surgery environment.
- Proven hands-on experience in cath lab support for TAVI, PCI, or structural heart interventions (preferred).
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, echocardiography, fluoroscopy, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Southeast Asia (60-70%).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages (Thai, Bahasa, or Vietnamese) is a plus.
