Microsoft 365 Responsibilities / ความรับผิดชอบด้าน Microsoft 365

• Administer Exchange Online: manage mailboxes, mail flow, spam, retention, and legal hold.
• Manage Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Online: tenant policies, permissions, lifecycle, secure access.
• Implement DLP, Sensitivity Labels, MFA, and Conditional Access for enhanced data protection.
• Implement Microsoft Security stack: Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsfot XDR.
• Support service updates and provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for M365-related issues.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Operations (Microsoft).
• Strong OS knowledge (Windows / Linux) and experience with patching tools (SSM, Azure Update, Ansible).
• Solid networking background (VNet, Routing, NAT, Load Balancer, DNS, Firewall).
• Experience with Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python, with API integration capability.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles, encryption, and access policies.
• Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and RCA reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer collaboration skills.
