Job Description

Duties

  • As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services for an organization.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements, design scalable cloud solutions, and ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems.
  • Your role will involve deploying and managing cloud resources, optimizing costs, and troubleshooting issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Assess business requirements and design scalable cloud solutions that meet the organization's needs.
  • Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, containers, and storage resources.
  • Configure and optimize cloud-based systems for performance, scalability, and high availability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to identify and resolve any performance or reliability issues. Implement security controls and measures to protect cloud resources and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management tasks using scripting or infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
  • Optimize cloud costs by monitoring resource usage, implementing cost-saving measures, and rightsizing resources.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud computing and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members or stakeholders.

Skills: 

  • Minimum of 6-9 years of experience with a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • The role of a ServiceNow GRC includes collaborating with other members of the engagement team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects. developing security strategies, advising stakeholders, providing workshops, and supporting business development of ServiceNow integration for GRC. Below are some key responsibilities but not limited to.
  • Lead discussions and workshops with clients through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions.
  • Perform Business Analysis and conduct impact Assessment, Solution Architecting.
  • Work closely with client to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Support in design and architect solutions to automated client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Perform ServiceNow scripting, Workflows Designing, flow designers, Scripted API's, Integration, portal designing and in Automated Testing Framework.
  • Design and configuration of ServiceNow features and functionalities for Policy & Compliance, Advanced Risk and Audit.

Education

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC/ IRM suite (Risk and Compliance)
  • Experience in design, development, migration and administration modules like Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Legal Service Delivery
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk management and legal processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
