Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Technical Project Manager / Cloud Platform Architect to lead the delivery of a large-scale
Container as a Service (CaaS) transformation program for a leading telecom customer.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in
Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Telecom Cloud (NFVI/CNIS), Cloud-Native Network Functions (CNFs), VMware migration, and telecom infrastructure transformation. This role requires ownership of end-to-end project delivery, technical governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination while working closely with customer teams, HPE, Red Hat, and internal engineering teams.
The candidate will be based at the
client office in Chennai and work according to the
Australian time zone to closely collaborate with the customer's engineering and project teams.
Key Responsibilities Program & Technical Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Container as a Service (CaaS) program.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
- Drive program governance, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
- Coordinate global technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders.

Required Experience
- 12–18 years of overall IT Infrastructure / Cloud experience.
- Minimum 8+ years in Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years in OpenShift & Kubernetes.
- Strong Telecom Cloud experience.
- Experience delivering large transformation programs.
- Experience managing global stakeholders.
- Experience with Telecom Operators is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise infrastructure projects.
