Role Overview:
This role is is a customer- and partner-facing technical expert Seller who collaborates with Vendor Digital Sales (VDS) sellers to drive customer engagements. This role plays a critical role in scoping customer needs, identifying relevant Cloud solutions, and supporting technical solution planning and migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage on Focused Accounts to identify Opportunities on Microsoft Cloud Solutions (MW, Azure, Security) and orchestrate throughout the sales cycle and close.
- Partner with VDS sellers to deliver technical expertise during customer engagements and upsell to next logical workloads.
- Scope customer requirements and align them with Microsoft Cloud solutions.
- Support technical planning, demos, and migration strategies.
- Engage in MCEM stages 13 to ensure seamless customer onboarding and solution alignment.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and contribute to opportunity deal guidance using MSX tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure solution feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
- Around 3+ years proven track record in presales or technical sales experience in one or more of the following areas: Systems Operations / Management, Virtualization, IP Networking, Storage, HPC, IT Security, Linux. Solution business, Client applications, Security solutions with understanding or experience in security area, N/W security, Client security, Data protection and mobile security
- Strong communication and consultative skills to inspire and guide customers.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sellers, partners, and technical teams.
- Willing to relocate and WFO at our office in KL Malaysia (work visa provided).
