Roles and Responsibilities:
— Role as Cloud Security Lead
• Manage a team, driving a long-term technical skill development plan to ensure growth in implementation and support expertise.
• Provide guidance and stay on top of implementation and resolution of complex technical issues for the team across CDN, WAF, Mobile Security, and other DevSecOps solutions.
• Utilize task-tracking tools to assign work, monitor progress closely, and ensure all customer deliverables are met on schedule.
• Act as a senior technical mentor to resolve complex issues.
• Lead the team with understanding of strengths and weaknesses of each member and continue to drive the team to be professional, responsible, and able deliver the best result to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements that enhance customers security posture.
– Role as Technical Account Manager
• Manage the technical aspects of a client's account.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company's technical team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
• Ensure client satisfaction with their deployed solutions and with the clear roadmap to better enhance and utilise the solution in client's environments.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate resources.
• Provide guidance to clients on technical best practices and holistic view of their architecture.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the account.
• Expand the scope of the company's services for the client.
Qualification and Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise IT Cyber Security, network/system Infrastructure, and technical implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related fields.
• Previous experience in customer service/support, solution consultant, solution engineer, technical account management, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of Cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, web application, and DevSecOps.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and coaching the technical team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams. Able to explain complex technical matters with analogy and simple language.
• Project management skills to coordinate resources and timelines.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as Akamai, Imperva, CloudFlare, is preferable.
• Experience working with Network Enterprise technologies such as Proxy server, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS Protocol, Caching Logic & Content Delivery, and Load Balancing is preferable.
• Good communication in English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing).Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related fields.
*Professional-level networking certification such as Certified Network Professional (CCNP, CCIE, CySA+, ACP, ACE and Other) will be given special consideration.
