We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Technical Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a passion for presales activities, specifically for our innovative Gemini Enterprise solution. As a Cloud Technical Architect, you will be a technical expert and trusted advisor to our clients, helping them to leverage the power of GCP and Gemini Enterprise to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with our sales team to drive and win new business.
Responsibilities
Presales & Solutioning:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the sales process.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical workshops for GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
- Lead and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Create and present technical proposals and architectural diagrams.
Technical Architecture:
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Provide expertise and guidance on GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GCP and Gemini Enterprise.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architectural designs.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on GCP and Gemini Enterprise for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, Solutions Architect, or a similar role, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in a presales or customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, and BigQuery.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Desired:
- Google Cloud certification (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) is highly desirable.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to be at the forefront of cloud and AI technology.
