The Cluster Accounting Manager / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and administering the accounting and financial functions for both WE Hotel Toya, Dusit Collection and Elite Havens Niseko. Main responsibilities include controlling and reporting cash funds and hotel assets, ensuring effective internal control systems, and safeguarding the properties revenues and financial resources. The role also oversees the accounting departments across both properties, ensuring accounting records, financial reports, and statements are maintained accurately and prepared in a timely manner, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
– Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline
– Minimum Of 3 Years Of Hotel Accounting Experience
– Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
– Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
– Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
