- Collaborate with the team to develop and grow accounts within the Wholesale Segment while supporting Cluster Director of Sales objectives.
- Planning and developing strategies into effective local tactical plans to achieve budgeted revenue targets across properties.
- Creating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable performance
- Identify a targeted number of new account opportunities. Both locally and Internationally and acquire these accounts from all key markets.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts
- Ensure smooth and clear communication between internal and client perspective hotel sales
- Plan & conduct sales calls overseas in key target markets as required.
- Participate at relevant trade shows and networking events as required.
- Attend internal and external meetings & events as required.
- Be flexible and adaptable in working in other key sales areas where necessary.
- Support sales team development through coaching, training, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Conduct overseas sales trips and market visits in key feeder markets when required.
