Job Description

Lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, and safety functions across multiple hotel properties, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and asset reliability. Drive preventive maintenance strategies, energy management initiatives, capital projects, and team development while supporting the hotels business objectives and guest satisfaction goals.

Candidate Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in hospitality
• Sound knowledge of Building Services Engineering, preventive maintenance, and facilities management
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, HVAC, and Fire & Life Safety
• systemsKnowledge of Thai building regulations, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills
