Job Overview
Cluster Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leads digital marketing execution for hotels within the markets, acting as the primary contact for property teams to drive brand-consistent, high-performing campaigns. Responsibilities span property-level support, regional campaign rollout, pre-opening digital leadership, and ongoing performance optimization across paid media, SEM, Koddi, and web channels. The position requires hands-on expertise with leading digital tools and platforms to deliver measurable results.
Duties & Responsibilities
Hotel-Level Support & Guidance
- Act as the first point of contact for property Digital Marketing Managers for day-to-day execution, campaign troubleshooting, and best practice sharing.
- Review, advise, and optimize property-level digital campaigns for brand consistency and performance.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and reporting templates to ensure hotels meet digital KPIs.
Market Campaign Execution
- Execute market level both room and F&B campaigns across all relevant digital channels, ensuring the communications is aligned with Hyatt brand as well as campaign is optimized.
- Adapt global creative concepts for regional relevance and rollout.
- Lead cross-channel execution including paid search, paid social, display, metasearch, and CRM.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance at both regional and hotels levels
- Use data to make real-time optimizations and inform future planning.
- Benchmark performance against industry/brand standards and past results
Web, SEM & OTAs
- Ensure property landing pages and hotel content are fully optimized for search visibility and conversion.
- Support targeted email marketing initiatives and audience segmentation for both pre-opening and existing hotels.
Tools & Platforms
The role will require advanced, hands-on use of:
- Paid Media Platforms: Koddi, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, OTAs ads.
- Analytics & Tracking: Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, UTM tracking.
- SEO & Keyword Tools: SEMrush, Google Search Console, keyword research tools,
- CRM & Email Marketing: TableCheck and related CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with Digital focused.
- At least 7 Years of hands-on digital marketing execution.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch.
- Proven working experience in hospitality is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
- Ability to manage change effectively.
