Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a cluster-wide culinary strategy across the three properties, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives
- Provide leadership and direct oversight to Executive/Head Chefs, driving performance, mentorship, and team development across hotels
- Lead kitchen operations across all properties, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards
- Drive innovation through menu development, promotions, and menu engineering to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Standardize culinary operations, systems, and best practices across outlets
- Manage cluster-level budgeting, forecasting, food cost control, payroll, and overall kitchen performance
- Oversee purchasing processes and supplier quality to ensure optimal value and consistency
- Support banquet operations and large-scale event catering as required
Candidate Qualifications
– Minimum 15 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
– Previous experience as Executive Chef within a luxury or multi-property environment
– Advanced financial management capabilities with multi-unit oversight
– Culinary degree from a reputable institution preferred
– HACCP knowledge and food safety compliance
– Good English communication skills
– Computer literate with professional interpersonal skills
