Cluster Director of Sales - Food & Beverage

Job Description

As the Cluster Director of Sales - Food & Beverage, the incumbent will have direct responsibility to drive Sales and F&B revenues in all restaurants/outlets/bars across the designated hotels.

The incumbent will work closely with the specialist teams (F&B Directors, F&B Revenue Team, F&B Digital Marketing Team, PR & MARCOM Team, etc.) to maximize revenues related to Food & Beverage Business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related subject.
• 5+ years of Food & Beverage sales and marketing experience.
• A consumer retail/F&B Operations background is a must.
• Ability to drive Sales and F&B revenues in all restaurants/outlets/bars across the designated hotels.
• Strong strategic mindset with pro-activeness to drive the commercial target.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organizations of designated properties.
• Strong sense of business development and relationship building with clients and new F&B businesses.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
