The Cluster Human Resources Manager oversees all Human Resources functions for both WE Hotel Toya, Dusit Collection and Elite Havens Niseko to support smooth hotel operations and employee engagement. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and performance management processes, leading employee relations and training initiatives, and ensuring competitive HR practices in line with the labor market. The role works closely with leadership teams across both properties to support organizational development, operational efficiency, and a positive employee culture.
– Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
– At least 5 years of relevant experience
– Strong knowledge in the principles and practices of all HR functions
– Knowledge of Japanese labor law
– Good written and spoken English and Japanese communication skills
– Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
