Cluster Reservation Officer Key Responsibilities
Handle reservation requests, amendments, and cancellations accurately in line with hotel policies and business strategy.
Maintain full knowledge of room types, rates, packages, promotions, and daily room availability.
Provide professional customer service to guests, travel agents, and local tour operators with clear and timely communication.
Ensure all guest requests are followed up properly to achieve high guest satisfaction and a smooth arrival experience.
Drive upselling opportunities and support the achievement of monthly revenue targets.
Prepare and verify reservation documents to prevent errors such as double bookings or incomplete information.
Work effectively with systems such as PMS Oasis and Microsoft Office.
Coordinate closely with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure accurate information flow and smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
Demonstrate strong service mindset, enthusiasm, teamwork, and good English communication skills.
