Job Summary Role Overview:
The Cluster Senior Sales Manager Corporate is responsible for driving the development, acquisition, and retention of Government accounts across all properties within Nu Chapter Hotels (The Regent Cha Am Beach Resort, Regent Chalet Hua Hin and VALA Hua Hin).
This role plays a key part in achieving the cluster's Government sales revenue goals by executing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and leading proactive sales initiatives across multiple properties. The position is suited for a results-driven, experienced sales professional capable of leading business growth within
a multi-property environment while collaborating closely with the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales and property-based sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed segment revenue and room night targets across all cluster properties.
o Monitor monthly performance vs. budget and implement corrective actions as needed.
o Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts through proactive prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
o Contribute to the cluster's overall sales strategy by providing market insights, competitor updates, and performance feedback.
o Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
o Conduct regular sales visits, client meetings, and account reviews to strengthen partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
o Handle negotiations, rate agreements, and contracting for assigned key accounts.
o Plan and execute sales activities, including sales calls, telemarketing, email campaigns.
o Coordinate site inspections, familiarization trips, and property visits across all clusterb hotels.
Job Description:
o Work closely with property-based sales teams to ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and client service across the cluster.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to Cluster Sales Executives or Cluster Sales Coordinators when required.
o Support the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales in driving teamwork and ensuring alignment of goals among cluster properties.
o Maintain accurate and updated client data and activity logs in the CRM system.
o Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and account performance summaries.
o Manage administrative duties related to contracting, correspondence, and follow-up bactions.
o Represent the cluster at relevant trade shows, events, and client functions to enhance brand visibility.
o Actively participate in internal sales meetings and ongoing training programs.
