Cluster Social Media Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager responsible for 3 Cluster properties; Rosewood Bangkok, Rosewood Phuket, Rosewood Luang Prabang, to develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track social media metrics for ongoing optimization.

Content Creation:

Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms.

Develop a content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting.

Community Engagement:

Build and maintain a strong online presence by interacting with followers and fostering community engagement.

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular reports on performance.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Additional Skills:

• Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.
• Experience with influencer marketing.
