Collection Analyst
Salary Range: Up to 40,000 THB
Job Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Report to: Collection Strategy Specialist
Job Description
This role is responsible for analyzing collection performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development and execution of data-driven strategies to enhance overall collection efficiency. The role works closely with business, operations, and technology teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Analyze collection performance data (e.g. call results, recovery rate, segmentation) to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to support business decision-making
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and support implementation
- Support and drive collection-related projects (e.g. process improvement, automation, AI initiatives)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, tech) to ensure alignment and execution
- Continuously review and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or operations
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in:
- SQL
- AdvancedExcel
- BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to interpret data and provide clear, actionable insights (beyond reporting)
- Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fintech, collections, or operations is a plus
