Job Responsibilities
- In-charge of managing collections Team
- Set-up collections department & team
- Hiring & training of collections staff
- Create Collections SOP, including Country Regulations, guidelines, Do's & Don'ts
- Execute Collections strategies, as and when implemented
- Meet Monthly KPI's and Collections Targets
- Closely collaborate and work with other stakeholders and departments as & when required
- Update weekly/monthly reviews and reporting to management
- Incorporate and update industry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Collections at a Managerial level, working in Multi-finance,
Lending or banking businesses
- Experience in handling and managing collections teams. Desk, Field & Agencies
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Must be able to communicate in English
