Job Description
- Design and execute collection strategies across delinquency stages to maximize recovery, cash inflow, and portfolio performance.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics (e.g. roll rate, cure rate, recovery rate) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own collection KPIs and ensure strong performance against business targets and portfolio risk parameters.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for collection operations, including headcount planning, outsourcing costs, and incentive effectiveness.
- Track and analyze budget performance (Actual vs Budget) with a focus on cost efficiency and ROI optimization.
- Perform portfolio analysis by product, customer segment, delinquency stage, and collection channel to support agile business decisions.
- Partner closely with Collection Operations, Risk, Finance, Data, and Technology teams to translate strategy into execution.
- Build, coach, and enhance the Collection Strategy & Budgeting team to strengthen analytical capability, operational efficiency, and business impact.
