System Monitoring & Ownership : Act as a system owner by proactively monitoring system performance and data patterns and communicating insights or potential risks to business stakeholders.
System Optimization & Workflow Enhancement : Identify opportunities to optimize processes and workflows, improve system efficiency, and enhance user experience through data-driven insights.
Data-Driven Insights & Decision Support : Utilize system data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and recommend improvements to collection strategies.
Requirement Management : Gather, analyze, and challenge requirements from Business Units and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Communication : Work closely with Business, IT, and external vendors to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Coordination : Lead and coordinate end-to-end development activities across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Documentation & Design : Develop detailed software requirement specifications, workflow designs, and test scenarios for UAT and pre-production phases.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields with 2–5 years as a System or Business Analyst.
knowledge of programming, Databases, Python, and SQL.
Understanding of EFS, Dialer, LIS, Collection systems, API Integration, and Data Connectivity.
Proven ability to create project documentation and implement operational standards/guidelines.
Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility to work under pressure or outside office hours.
