Legal Document Preparation: Collect, scan, and draft comprehensive document packages for litigation, including contracts, identification documents, and powers of attorney.
Case File Management: Systematically categorize and maintain case files and client profiles to ensure data security, confidentiality, and efficient retrieval.
Coordination & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external parties, including opposing counsel and government agencies, to track documents and manage appointments.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate summary reports on case statuses, meeting minutes, and litigation/enforcement metrics to support departmental decision-making.
Deadline & Calendar Tracking: Monitor and manage critical legal deadlines to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to court schedules.
Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Associate's degree or equivalent, or higher. (New graduates are welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, and VBA).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both Thai and English
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills
Highly detail-oriented with excellent document management skills
Foundational knowledge of various legal documents and contractual agreements and litigation processes or delinquent accounts is a plus. (Will be given special consideration)
