About the job

We are seeking an experienced Collection Operations Manager to lead and optimize our Accounts Receivable (AR) collection activities. In this role, you will oversee collection performance, drive operational efficiency, implement collection strategies, and lead a high-performing team to achieve collection targets while enhancing customer experience.

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset to support business growth and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily collection operations to ensure achievement of collection and AR targets.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance based on call productivity (call-per-day), collection rates, and overall effectiveness.
• Assigning AR target to collection staff
• Closely monitor each AR result by comparing day by day with previous month and variance
• Design an action plan to respond to current situation
• Random Review call recordings and provide coaching to enhance service quality and collection staff effectiveness.
• Design a tiered incentive where eligibility is based on surpassing prior performance
• Analyze follow-up results and find out solutions to improve productivity
• Drive the implementation of new payment solutions and digital payment channels to enhance customer convenience and collection success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or AR management, preferably in a subscription-based service industry.
• Proven track record in managing and motivating a team to achieve high collection rates.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret AR performance metrics (e.g., call volume, collection rates).
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities to assign and track AR targets effectively.
• Strategic thinking to design and implement action plans and incentive structures based on performance analysis.
• Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
