About the job

This role involves managing a team to enhance collection efficiency, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategic initiatives to improve financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will lead by designing incentive structures, conducting performance reviews, and identifying opportunities for process improvements, including the integration of new payment systems and outsourcing partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staff performance based on Number of call per day, Collection rate or productivity and Staff responsibility
  • Assign AR target to collection staff
  • Closely monitor each AR result by comparing day by day with previous month and variance
  • Design an action plan to respond current situation
  • Random review call recording of collection staff
  • Design a tiered incentives where eligibility is based on surpassing prior performance
  • Analyze follow up result and find out solution to improve productivity
  • Implement new payment gateway as 2 phase for new and existing customer
  • Design commission for their performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or AR management, preferably in a subscription-based service industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating a team to achieve high collection rates.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret AR performance metrics (e.g., call volume, collection rates).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities to assign and track AR targets effectively.
  • Strategic thinking to design and implement action plans and incentive structures based on performance analysis.
  • Good command in English and Thai
