FIGHTBRO is a premium combat sports equipment brand headquartered in Los Angeles, supplying top fight gyms across 45+ countries. Our product line covers MMA cages, boxing rings, punching bags, mats, gloves, and more. We're expanding aggressively into Thailand and the ASEAN region and are looking for a driven sales rep to lead that charge on the ground.
What You'll Do
- Source and develop new sales opportunities through trade platforms, social media, personal networks, and direct outreach
- Present and sell fight equipment solutions to gym owners, fighters, and promotions
- Coordinate with our factory and customer service team to see orders through from quote to delivery
- Gather market intelligence to support product development and marketing strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in a full-time sales role
- Professional-level English
- Solid Excel skills (quoting, order sheets)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely
- Willing to travel internationally (up to 15% of the time)
Nice to Have
- Degree in a science or engineering field
- Ability to read engineering/technical drawings
- Experience selling fight or fitness equipment
- Martial arts background or active involvement in the combat sports scene (gyms, promotions, fighters, social media)
