Job Description

Job Summary:

The Commercial Area Activation Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience through the strategic commercialization of common areas, promotional spaces, and media assets within the shopping mall (Siam Center and Siam Discovery). This role oversees the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and commercial partnerships to maximize space utilization, increase foot traffic, and strengthen the mall's brand positioning. The position works closely with internal teams, external clients, agencies, and business partners to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and alignment with the organization's commercial and brand objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

Commercial Space & Revenue Management

  • Manage commercialization of common areas, promotional spaces, and media assets.
  • Develop sales plans and commercial packages.
  • Drive space occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Build pipeline of brands, agencies, and business partners.

Event & Activation Management

  • Plan and execute impactful events and brand activations.
  • Manage activation calendar and space utilization.
  • Identify innovative activation opportunities.
  • Enhance customer engagement and foot traffic.

Partnership & Execution Management

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Ensure smooth and timely project execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Brand Standards & Performance Analysis

  • Ensure activations align with mall brand image and standards.
  • Monitor quality and operational compliance.
  • Track performance and prepare revenue reports.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Retail Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in commercial space management, mall activation, event management, media sales, retail marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience in shopping malls, retail businesses, lifestyle destinations, mixed-use developments, or hospitality businesses is preferred.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, partnership development, and project execution.
  • Experience working with brands, agencies, event organizers, and media partners.
