Commercial Business Performance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategic planning and drive strategic projects to achieve revenue and cost targets.
• Identify growth pillars and areas for P&L improvement; develop KPIs and success metrics for cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
• Facilitate alignment meetings across product, risk, finance, marketing, and channel teams.
• Monitor and report on commercial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or related fields.
• Minimum 46 years of experience in business performance management, strategy, or financial planning within banking or financial services.
• Experience in strategic project management and P&L analysis is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex data sets.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills for senior management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Background

• Banking business finance or corporate strategy experience.
