Job Description

Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for both animal food and pet food ingredients markets.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the product portfolio in alignment with supplier capabilities and customer demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners.
Oversee supplier negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management to ensure competitive positioning.
Lead and motivate the sales teams to deliver business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
Manage P&L, forecasting, and budgeting for the business unit.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business, Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
At least 5 years experiences in the animal food / pet food ingredients market.
Deep understanding of animal food ingredients and pet food ingredients markets.
Have special expertise in Savory segment will be an advantage.
Fluently in English in writing, listening and speaking.
Have good leadership& Communication.
Can analyze and strategic thinking.
