The Commercial Coordinator of MJets

As a Commercial Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial activities. You will be responsible for coordinating client requests, managing flight schedules, and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional service and optimize business opportunities.

Primary Duties:
- Prepare and accurately calculate price quotations for private charter flights and air ambulance flights
- Report and settle incurred fees and charges related to private flights
- Coordinate between various departments in the company to prepare private flights, monitor flight movements and trouble shoot during irregular flight operations, under guidance of the Manager Commercial Operations.
- Meet and greet MJets customers upon departure and arrival and converse to build relationships and obtain flight feedback
- Establish, maintain and expand MJets clients and partner networks
- Develop and raise MJets brand-awareness through domestic & international channels for regional and inter-regional markets
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- To ensure the quality, speed & competitiveness of all quotation is kept at optimum levels
- To monitor and track customer inquiries and identify trends and patterns affecting trip capture rate. Submit all requested reports that are requested by the Management and Department Head
- Document and keep record of all related Aircraft Management, private charter and Air Ambulance activities including other sales operation processes
- This role requires fluent Thai and very proficient English language skills. Additional language exposure is considered an asset.
- This role requires a rostered work schedule including mornings, evenings and weekend work

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a commercial coordination or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
