Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Director should have:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive commercial and sales leadership experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beverage, food, personal care, or related industries.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale sales organizations and delivering sustainable business growth.
- Strong experience managing multiple channels including Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, and Distributor Management.
- Demonstrated success in developing commercial strategies and translating them into measurable business results.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and commercial investment decisions.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience working within a complex, fast-paced, and highly competitive environment.
- Fluent Thai and English communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience leading nationwide sales operations in Thailand.
- Strong understanding of route-to-market, distributor management, and trade execution excellence.
- Exposure to commercial transformation, sales force effectiveness, and capability-building initiatives.
- Experience managing large teams and leading through organizational change.
